This manual explains how a person may request access to records held by GigWay (Pty) Ltd, which operates the SignWay electronic signature platform and SignWay, GigWay.

GigWay (Pty) Ltd holds records in the following categories:

• Customer and account records — registration details, account and billing information.
• Document records — documents processed through SignWay and their audit trails (held on behalf of the customers who created them).
• Operational records — supplier and service-provider agreements, correspondence.
• Statutory records — company, tax, and employee records as required by law.

Some records are held on behalf of our customers as their operator; access to those may require the customer's involvement.

1. Complete the prescribed PAIA request form (available from the Information Regulator's website).
2. Send it to the Information Officer at the contact details above.
3. Provide enough detail to identify the record and to identify you (and your right to the record).
4. Pay any prescribed request and access fees, where applicable.

We will respond within the timeframes set out in PAIA.

Access may be refused on the grounds set out in PAIA, including to protect the privacy of third parties, commercial confidentiality, and other legally protected interests.
